Automatic Integrated Circuit Modeling Spice

Automatic Integrated Circuit Modeling Spice

Automatic Integrated Circuit Modeling Spice (AIM-Spice) is a version of SPICE, the most popular analog circuit simulator.

AIM-Spice is a new version of SPICE running under the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. AIM-Spice for Windows is capable of displaying graphically the results of a simulation in progress, a feature that allows the operator to terminate a run based on an instant information on intermediate simulation results.

SPICE - The simulator was developed at the University of California, Berkeley, and was first released in 1972. Many scientists at Berkeley and other institutions contributed to the development and improvement in subsequent versions of SPICE.

"The goal is a site where the learning of electronics is hands-on and fun. And the SPICE circuit simulator is a great software tool to achieve that goal. It hit me the first time I used SPICE - simulating is fun! And because it's easy to use, I've spent a lot of time building and exploring circuits." - Rick
