Mindspeed Technologies - Communications Semiconductors

They Design and Develop Communication devices which are used in both wireline and wireless network infrastructure. These Chips are used by Networks for voice and media communication. They help OEMs develop products like gateways, high-speed routers, switches, multiplexers, etc.

Comcerto family of ARM-based SoCs
Mindspeed Technologies - Communications Semiconductors

They have semiconductor solutions in VoIP, Ethernet, IP Processing, Fiber-Optic Components, Carrier Ethernet Products, SONET/SDH/PDH Components, xDSL Components.

Comcerto 2000 and Software Defined Networking

Processors for the next-generation of networks. Combining powerful dual-core ARM Cortex A9 processors with OPAL software defined networking acceleration and a powerful suite of peripherals.
"Through intelligent offloading, the Comcerto 2000 range supports wire rate Gigabit-per-second IPv6 NAT and firewall applications without utilizing the ARM Cortex processors keeping them fully available to run value-added applications from OEMs or service providers."

M02040 - 2.1 Gbps, 3.3 or 5V Post-Amplifier

Integrated high-gain limiting amplifier. Operates with a 3.3V or 3.3V/5V supply. Two analog RSSI outputs proportional to either the average or peak-to-peak input signal and a programmable signal-level detector allowing the user to set thresholds at which the logic outputs are enabled.
Some Features
  • 2 mV input sensitivity at 1.25 Gbps
  • PECL outputs, Low power (< 80 mW at 3.3V)
  • Average Receive power monitor output (RSSI AVG)
  • Peak-to-peak Receive power monitor output (RSSI PP)
  • On-chip DC offset cancellation circuit
