ViPEC Network Analyzer

ViPEC is a powerful tool for the analysis of high frequency, linear electrical networks. It takes a schematic description of the electrical network and performs a linear analysis in the frequency domain.

ViPEC Network Analyzer

The output is in the form of port parameters (S, Y or Z) with results presented on a user defined grid, Smithchart or table. It can also be used to compute other characteristics like stability factors and group delay.

ViPEC Network Analyzer

ViPEC supports various lumped elements (capacitors, resistors etc.) as well as distributed networks like transmission lines, microstrip and stripline structures. Two port data files are also supported (e.g. the 2-port frequency parameters of various RF transistors as supplied by the manufacturer). The component library is under constant development with new elements added at regular intervals.

The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau - WTB

Wireless communications services include cellular telephone, paging, personal communications services, and other commercial and private radio services. The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) handles all FCC domestic wireless telecommunications programs and policies with some exceptions.

Wireless Telecommunications FCC

Cellular and PCS phones, pagers and two-way radios, radio spectrum.

Federal Communications Commission - FCC

"The FCC was established by the Communications Act of 1934 and is charged with regulating interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable. (United States). "

Geographic Information Systems - FCC

Geographic Information Systems - FCC

"With these data sets, you will be able to determine the locations and limited technical details of existing towers the FCC collects data on (i.e. Cellular, Paging, Microwave, AM, FM, etc...). This information can be extremely helpful in conducting analysis such as; current service deployment, need/feasibility determinations of new services, co-location of antenna structures, inventorying of structures, network planning, etc..."

E-flite Mini Pulse XT - Brushless ESC Waveform - RFCafe

E-flite Mini Pulse XT - Brushless ESC Waveform

This waveform shows the square waves that drives one of the three phases at a relatively low throttle setting (coming from the brushless speed controller). The peak amplitude is constant for all speeds.

"Much more than just a self-serving video of my new R/C airplane flight agility, this model represents a plethora of modern electronics. Although the radio control system in this plane is a standard narrow band FM variety on 72.170 MHz (as opposed to my 2.4 GHz, spread spectrum system), the motor is a state-of-the-art 3-phase brushless model (E-flite 450)with a sensorless electronic speed control (E-flite EFLA331, 20 A)."
